We're all here to learn and build. Treat others the way you'd want to be treated when you're stuck at 3am debugging a weird error.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Vibe9.net a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

You agree not to post content that:

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or malicious code
  • Is spam, fraudulent, or misleading
  • Harasses, threatens, or discriminates against others

6. Code and Technical Content

Code snippets and technical solutions shared on the platform are provided "as is" without warranty. Users should review and test any code before using it in production environments. Vibe9.net is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of code shared on the platform.

7. API Usage

If you use our API to publish content, you agree to:

  • Keep your API token secure and not share it
  • Not exceed reasonable rate limits
  • Not use the API for automated spam or abuse

8. Intellectual Property

The Vibe9.net name, logo, and platform design are owned by us. You may not use our branding without permission. User-generated content remains the property of the respective users.
